Welcome to Hickory Flats Golf Course Hickory Flats is an 18-hole, par 72 golf course that plays 6628 yards from the blue tees and 6330 yards from the white tees. The course opened in 1968 and was designed by Kidwell and Hurdzan, Inc. The course is open year round, weather permitting. Hickory Flats was voted by Golf Digest readers as one of the Best Places to Play in 2009. We are also home to the Mid-Ohio Golf Association Amateur Tournament. West Lafayette, Ohio Golf at its Finest Hickory Flats Golf Course features the best round of golf in West Lafayette, Ohio and the surrounding region. Our course boasts the rare layout that will both challenge experienced players while helping newcomers relax as they enjoy learning to play this classic game. It's a thought-provoking layout with multiple tee lenghts certain to accomodate players of all ages and skill levels. We have a fully-stocked pro shop, and we love it when visitors set aside time to relax in our clubhouse with us before or after their next round.
